A group for new mums to keep fit together, without the need for childcare.
Enjoy a 45 minute class of low-intensity aerobics, using your baby as resistance, to provide muscle conditioning and improve cardiovascular fitness. Includes music tracks for both mums and babies!
- exercise in a relaxed environment in the company of other new mums
- bond with your baby and include them in your work-out
- no need for childcare arrangements/fees
Babies should be between 6 months and 1 year old, and able to support their head confidently.
