Seventh Heaven introduces a 6 Week Pregnancy Yoga & Massage Course starting Thursday 6th April by Birthlight Yoga Teacher – Kathryn Williamson. Looking for a healthy, relaxed and enjoyable way to progress through your pregnancy and discover more about the body changes? Then this is where yoga can help. Pregnancy Yoga is key in helping your body transition with ease through the remainder of your pregnancy until preparation for the birth itself. As your body begins to settle hormonally with changes in the first trimester, yoga aids you learning along the way what the change are and how to understand and adapt to them. Also how you use yoga as a tool to make your pregnancy more comfortable. Over the 6 Weeks Kathryn will teach a variety of breathing and relaxation techniques, whilst helping you maintain fitness levels and also stretch/tone pelvic floor and core. In addition to yoga you also have the option to receive a gentle, nourishing & soothing 75 minutes Full Body Pregnancy Massage by our specialist therapist within at one – Olivia McDowell. Olivia has spent the last several years working as a masseuse, specialising in pregnancy - you and the baby are in great hands!
