These classes are a great way to continue some gentle exercise during pregnancy and stay relaxed. Learn techniques to help you through your pregnancy and birth using yoga inspired postures, breathing and relaxation exercises. A great way for you to have some well deserved ‘me time’ and meet other mums-to-be in your area. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 14 weeks onwards.
