Suitable from 8 weeks to mobile, baby yoga is a fun, active way to help baby reach those milestone moves quicker and with better quality. While the class is mostly aimed at baby, there are mummy moves, relaxation and breathing techniques too and we always have time for tea and biscuits at the end! Baby yoga can help with wind and colic, bonding, relaxation and development as well as being a lot of fun for mum and baby!
