Sessions are safe and especially designed to suit for Pregnancy, Post-pregnancy and for any Back Pain rehabilitation. The small class set up ensures individual attention and promotes health, fitness. Additionally, I like to re-educate and raise awareness of posture and empower special muscle groups. Pilates brilliantly helps with Pregnancy or non Pregnancy related Back Ache, Pelvic Discomfort, Postural changes. It also helps recovering from birth and losing baby weight.
