Baby Yoga courses are designed to help both mums and babies. Our gentle post natal exercises helps mums get back into shape and tone post pregnancy whilst our baby yoga routines are designed to help babies develop muscle tone, co-ordination and balance. we help prepare babies for the next stage of development such as sitting, crawling and walking. Fun classes with lots of local mums. Everything is provided for you such as yoga mats, fresh towels, cushions and weekly detailed handouts.
