Cleo or Margot

Oh, Cleo is gorgeous and Margot is awful! It's frumpy and yes, looks like maggot and there are quite a lot of them currently. Cleo is completely underrated and such an elegant name for a child and adult. 💜

There are lots of little Margots, Chloe is much fresher.

Sorry, Cleo! I like Chloe too but far far prefer Cleo.

Cleo would be my choice too though I love Margot as well! Maggot would never have occurred to me in a million years! What about the spelling Margaux? I know a few who are spelt that way and then you can’t get the pronunciation wrong.

Cleo for sure. There are loads of Margot's around at the moment. Love both names though

Cleo!

I prefer Cleo. Like both but know/know of lots of babies called Margot

Even Margot Robbie was nicknamed Maggot growing up.

Prefer Cleo, but tbh, neither are doing it for me- but this is your child!

Much prefer Cleo, Margot is such a frumpy name although it’s currently very popular for babies, but this may well cause it to seem dated in a few years

Cleo, Margot is becoming to popular

Cleo! I used to love Margot but my phone autocorrected it to maggot and I couldn't unsee!

My own name is often abbreviated to Cleo with some friends calling me ‘Cle’, and I honestly hate my name!

Have you ever seen the mermaid show? So many people say my name in an Aussie accent now as a joke. It goes through my head! Google H20 Cleo.

Cleo, I really dislike Margot.

Cleo is great. I really dislike Margot. I find it a very unattractive name.

Margot is awful. And I know two fat little pug dogs called Margot (obvs not in the same family...that would be weird 🤣) so to me it's a fat pug dog name!

Also...yeah, Maggot 🤣

Not keen on Cleo either...it's a car 🚗

I do like Chloe though (as per the typo upthread ⬆️) or Meg, instead of Margot?

Love the name Margot

Cleo, definitely.

Many many Margots at the minute.
I would avoid.

Sorry I don't like Cleo, she'll get nicknamed Renault

Cleo

Sorry neither.
Chloe
Clara
Marsha
Martina
Marlene
Madelaine
Carla
Callie

I really like both! Probably prefer Margot. I really like Monica too

The car is Clio not Cleo.

(I like Clio too!)

Cleo - although I think I like Clio better still

I also really like Margot but it’s very very popular right now
