Mars Bar cheesecake

  • 5 tbsp double cream

  • 5 Mars bars chopped

  • 125g digestive biscuits crushed

  • 225g butter melted, enough to bind the biscuits together


  1. Combine the biscuits and the butter and use the mixture to line the base of a pastry tin or pie dish. Put in the fridge.
  2. Slowly melt the Mars Bars in a pan on the hob, stirring to keep them from burning.
  3. When melted, remove from the heat and stir in the cream.
  4. Pour over the biscuit base and put back into the fridge to chill.

Handy Hint

Generic 'Mars Bars' work just as well as branded.

    It contains many, many, many calories per slice but as an occasionally treat it's quick, easy, and chocolatey.
