  • 3 stalks celery

  • 150g mix of cheese grated

  • 7 cherry tomatoes

  • 400g pasta

  • 5 slices pancetta

  • 150g Italian sausage cut into pieces


  1. Put the pasta on to cook.
  2. Meanwhile, add the sausage and pancetta to a clean pan and let it fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the vegetables, except for tomatoes, and fry for 3 more minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. When the pasta is al dente, add it to the pan and give it a good stir.
  6. Add the cheese and stir once again.

    Cooked first when on a skii holiday in Austria. Excellent food after a tiresome day in the mountains, you can vary depending on fridge lefotvers (sausage, cheese, vegetables) No additional seasining is required as ingredients are seasoned Enjoyable for parent with a nice red wine
