  • 1 pinch seasoning

  • 1 cauliflower

  • 1 fat ie oil or butter


  1. Steam/ microwave the chopped cauliflower.
  2. Use a hand blender or similar to cream the cooked cauliflower.
  3. Add a tbsp of oil or butter depending on your choice.
  4. Season.

    Great way to get adults and children to enjoy brassic vegetables with this creamy mash. Serve as an accompiment to most main coures as you would potato mash.
