  • 500g parsnips

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Parboil parsnips in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Put into a shallow tin or baking dish, pour over maple syrup and bake in oven.

Handy Hint

Shake the pan with parsnips in to make a little fluffy.
