  • 1 oil

  • 3 chicken breast

  • 1 eggs beaten

  • 1 natural breadcrumbs

  • 1 plain flour


  1. Slice chicken breasts to about 1cm thick.
  2. Coat each piece in flour.
  3. Dip into beaten egg.
  4. Cover in breadcrumbs.
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Handy Hint

Cut any left-over chicken into strips and wrap in a tortilla with lettuce and mayonnaise for the next day's lunch.
