  • 4 tbsp golden syrup

  • 1 tsp drinking chocolate

  • 85g rich tea biscuits

  • 225g white chocolate chips

  • 55g dried apricots


  1. Break the biscuits and put into bowl with apricots also chopped. Melt the white chocolate drops and quickly stir in the golden syrup. Add the biscuits and apricots and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  2. Scoop up some mixture on a teaspoon and roll into a ball and pop into a paper case.
  3. When complete place in fridge for an hour.
  4. Sprinkle with drinking chocolate and eat

    Really easy and tasty. Can also be made with plain or milk chocolate and dusted with icing sugar for variation.
