  • 1 tsp butter

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp double cream

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 3 tsp chocolate (nesquik for example)

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a pan.
  2. With a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients without rest or the mixture will glue to the pan.
  3. Continue (for around 5-8 minutes) until the mix reaches hard glue like texture.
  4. Dampen a napkin with a glug of oil and dirty the plate with it.
  5. Put the mix on a plate and leave to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, shape into small balls in you hands with the help of oil.
  7. The kids can decorate them with sprinkles of chocolate.

Handy Hint

Don't stop mixing with the wooden spoon (condensed milk in high temperatures glues very quick to the pan) and keep an eye on the glue consistency. Once you can see the bottom of your pan, bend the pan and see if the mix falls out into the plate completely.

Dirtying the plate will prevent the sweet to glue completely to the plate.
