  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

Handy Hint

This is my backup breakfast when my son has refused the usual options. It means he heads off to school with a combination of carbs and protein to get him through until lunch.
