Ginger and soy marinated chicken wings

  • 2 tsp ginger (grated)

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 500g chicken wings

  • 3 tbsp liquid honey

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed


  1. Put all the ingredients into a big freezer bag or big bowl and cover. Marinade for at least an hour (overnight in the fridge is best).
  2. Place chicken wings in a roasting dish and cook for 15-20 minutes at 200C or grill for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
