  • 200ml beef stock

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper (can use black)

  • 200ml cream


  1. Bring stock to the boil.
  2. Add cream and stir in.
  3. Turn heat down and seasonn with white pepper, or black if you can't find it. Serve.

    I'm guessing that you would need to simmer this sauce for at least 5 minutes in order to thicken it a little bit.
