Sweet potato wedges

  • 1 chilli crushed (to taste)

  • 1 pinch paprika

  • 4 sweet potatoes chopped into wedges


  1. Heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Cover the sweet potatoes in olive oil, then add the paprika and a small amount of chillies.
  3. Put them into the oven for 40 minutes.
  4. Leave for at least 5 minutes to cool before eating.

Handy Hint

This is great as a side or part of a meal.
Make sure the wedges are covered in oil but not soaked.
