  • 200g self-raising flour

  • 175g brown sugar

  • 300ml milk

  • 1 eggs beaten

  • 3 Weetabix

  • 100g raisins


  1. Crush up the Weetabix in a bowl and add the sugar, raisins and milk, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day take your mixture and add the flour and the egg then transfer to a greased loaf tin and bake for 90 minutes at 175C.

    I love this idea...gonna try it out

    This recipe went down a treat with my 1 yr old niece my 3 yr old and even my Grandparents who are in their 80's. You can butter the slices or eat dry, I like either way. This is also nice washed down with a cup of tea.
