  • 4 cloves garlic crushed

  • 1 handful sesame seeds (optional)

  • 2 handfuls broccoli florets (or as many as you like)

  • 8 king prawns

  • 1 splash light soy sauce

  • 150g ready-to-use noodles per person

  1. Put some oil in the wok, then add the broccoli florets, the garlic and soy sauce.
  2. Cook on fairly high heat for a few minutes, then add the soft noodles.
  3. After a few minutes, add the prawns and stir until they've been heated through and seared a little bit. If you are using raw prawns add them with the noodles.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds, give it another stir, and serve.

Handy Hint

Get everything ready before you start cooking - once it's on it goes very quickly!

Really yummy and perfect on days when you are knackered and can't really be bothered to cook.
