  • 1 chicken breast cut into slices

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 150g sage and onion stuffing mix


  1. Mix the mustard and mayonnaise to make a sauce.
  2. Dip the mini breast fillets into the mustard/mayo goop, then coat in the stuffing crumbs.
  3. Bake in a single layer on a baking tray at 180°C for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Handy Hint

Lovely and moist inside, crisp and golden outside!
