1 tsp turmeric

3 tsp garam masala

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin seeds

3 cloves garlic

1 1cm cube of ginger

1 bunch coriander (optional)

1 tin baked beans

1 onions
Method
- Peel and chop the onion finely.
- Add oil to saucepan, add cumin seeds, add onion, let onion cook little.
- Add spices and fry a little, add the tin of beans.
- Let cook for 15 minutes or so et voila - add chopped coriander and serve on bed of rice or with warmed pitta breads

Make sure spices are fried off
