Peanut butter and weetabix cookies

  • 150g butter

  • 100g caster sugar

  • 100g soft brown sugar

  • 50g smooth peanut butter

  • 1 eggs beaten

  • 150g plain flour

  • 4 Weetabix crumbled


  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Beat the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together until soft.
  3. Add the egg, flour and Weetabix to the mix to a firm dough.
  4. Divide into balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten a little and bake at 190C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
