  • 1 tsp butter

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 chicken breast sliced

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 red onion peeled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 1/2 french baguette

  • 6 tbsp jack daniel's bbq sauce


  1. Coat the chicken in sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil & 1 tsp butter in a small pan. Add red onion and cook with lid on for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and stir well. Cook until glazed (another 5 minutes or so) then add the balsamic vinegar and turn off the heat.
  4. Slice the baguette horizontally and toast on a griddle pan.
  5. Add 1 tsp oil to griddle pan and cook the chicken until cooked through.
  6. Top the baguette with onions and chicken strips then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
