  • 1 pinch ground coriander (to taste)

  • 1 pinch ground cumin (to taste)

  • 1 corn on the cob per adult

  • 1 drop lemon juice (to taste)


  1. Wash the corn on the cob.
  2. Mix roughly equal quantities of the ground cumin and coriander powder together with the lemon juice to form a paste.
  3. Spread the paste over the corn on the cob.
  4. Grill or BBQ, turning frequently until the corn is cooked all the way round. The paste mixture should turn crispy.
