Quick paella recipe

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 garlic

  • 1 onions

  • 115g paella

  • 115g seafood mix


  1. Chop the chicken into chunks, then add the oil to a hot saucepan and fry the chicken pieces until brown.
  2. Remove the chicken, then add the onion and red pepper, and cook for 4 mins, then add the garlic and paprika and cook for a further 2 mins. Next add the rice and stir altogether.
    Add water, bring to the boil, return the chicken to the pan and allow to simmer for around 25-30 mins.
  3. When the rice is soft and ready to serve add the seafood mix and allow to warm for 3-4 mins.

Handy Hint

Can't really go wrong with this recipe - just keep adding everything in!

    A great meal for all, and a nice change from the usual potato dinners, my son adores this, Its adding a bit of culture to meal times and is so quick and easy to make.
