  • 1kg sausage meat good-quailty

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 tbsp dried sage heaped

  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs heaped


  1. Combine the breadcrumbs with the onion and sage in a large mixing bowl, stir in the boiling water and mix together.
  2. Add the sausage meat and seasoning, and mix well.

Handy Hint

Store in a cool place, but not in the fridge.
