  • 1 jar salsa

  • 6-12 soft tortilla wraps

  • 1 bowl meat cooked

  • 1 bowl vegetables cooked

  1. Cut/shred the meat into small pieces
  2. Chop the veggies up into small pieces
  3. To prepare each wrap pile in the items you fancy and wrap up either rolling up the tortilla or by folding up the bottom and then folding in the sides. This stops the filling falling out the bottom.
  4. The meat and veg can either be added in hot or cold. This is such a versatile option and you would be surprised how much more the 'picky kid' will eat.

Handy Hint

We love wrappy-up dinner and it is so easy and fits with most left overs. My children think wrappy dinner is a treat dinner and end up eating loads! My kids love a variety of items and the more colourful the better also the fact that they can choose what goes into their own wraps.

The best part about this recipe is that it can be veggie/ dairy free/ low fat all depending on the items you choose to go into your wrap
