  • 150ml milk

  • 150g cheddar grated

  • 30ml dry or fresh breadcrumbs

  • 1 cauliflower chopped

  • 1 tin condensed soup cream of mushroom


  1. Boil cauliflower until tender. Drain and place in warmed 1.2l (2pt) flame-proof dish.
  2. Meanwhile, in small pan combine soup, milk and half the cheese and heat through.
  3. Pour sauce over cauliflower and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Grill until golden.
  5. Serve with bread.
