Smoked salmon crostini

  • 1 splash olive oil

  • 1 handful dill

  • 1 tbsp clear honey

  • 250g smoked salmon

  • 2 tbsp horseradish

  • 1 baguette

  • 300ml creme fraiche


  1. Preheat oven to a low heat.
  2. Slice baguette into round pieces and brush with oil.
  3. Put in oven for around 10 mins until crisp and golden.
  4. Beat together the crème fraiche, horseradish and honey.
  5. Spoon mixture onto the baguette slices (which are now crostini), and top with smoked salmon and a sprig of dill.

Handy Hint

Easy party food! Buy extra ingredients and keep in the fridge - they are very more-ish!
