  • 1 onion thinly sliced

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1/2 tins tomatoes

  • 100g pasta

  • 4-5 button mushrooms sliced

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


  1. Bring a small pan of water to the boil for the pasta.
  2. In the meantime, heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the onion.
  3. Fry until golden and add the mushrooms and peppers, keep stirring until the mushrooms have turned golden (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Add the tinned tomatoes and lower the hob to slowly heat the sauce.
  5. Add the pasta to the boiling water, most pasta takes about 10-20 minutes to cook.
  6. When the sauce is heated up, add a pinch of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of Worcester sauce, stir.
  7. Mix the pasta and sauce together once the pasta has been drained. Serve.
