Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 chicken breast sliced

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

200ml chicken stock

1 red onion chopped
-
1 red pepper chopped

2 tbsp honey
-
1 inch ginger peeled and grated

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 clove garlic peeled and crushed

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp cornflour
Method
- Combine garlic, ginger, stock, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Coat chicken in cornflour.
- Stir fry chicken and vegetables in a wok in hot vegetable oil until chicken is cooked and vegetables are softening.
- Add liquid mixture and bring to the boil. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve with noodles or rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
