  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 150g plain yoghurt

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 150g sweetcorn

  • 1 handful peas

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 500g dried pasta cooked

  • 1 tin tuna


  1. Cook the same amount of pasta as you would usually make for the number of people you want to feed.
  2. The best shapes to use are ones which allow the sauce to get stuck inside. Allow to cool.
  3. In a big bowl combine all the other ingredients. Mash the tuna. Mix well. Add the cooled, cooked pasta and mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill and serve.

    Easy to make and always popular, great as can be prepared in advance.

    I've been making this for years. DD1 4yo is always asking for it. It tastes even better if made in advance and kept covered in the fridge.
