  • 55g self-raising flour

  • 110g butter

  • 110g sugar

  • 1 tbsp golden syrup

  • 55g oats

  • 85g cornflakes crushed

  • 1 handful blueberries


  1. Melt the butter and syrup, being careful not to let it burn.
  2. When melted add to dry ingriedients and mix.
  3. Pour into a greased shallow tin, press down lightly.
  4. Put into preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes, until the flapjack is golden brown.

Handy Hint

Cut into slices while still hot in the tin then leave to cool in the tin completely before turning out.
