  • 1 tin chopped tomato

  • 500g minced beef lean

  • 500g lean minced beef

  • 1 tbsp garlic crushed

  • 200g pasta twirls

  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs

  • 1 mozzarella half-fat, drained


  1. Brown the minced beef and drain juices, and pour into a roasting dish.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, herbs, garlic and cheese, and add to the cooked beef mince.
  3. Add the dried pasta to the dish and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. The pasta will cook in the juices. (Yes, I didn't believe it either!)

Handy Hint

Serve with a mixed green salad and garlic bread.
