  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 125ml orange yoghurt

  • 1 handful fresh mint

  • 5 tbsp whipping cream

  • 8 ginger thin biscuits

  • 2 oranges


  1. Whisk the cream until it forms peaks.
  2. Fold in the yoghurt.
  3. Fold in the zest of one orange.
  4. Place cream mix in fridge for a few minutes.
  5. Place a ginger thin on each plate.
  6. Top with a spoon of the cream mix
  7. Add two or three segements of orange on top of the cream
  8. Top with a second ginger thin.
  9. Melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water.
  10. Drizzle over the top of the biscuits.
  11. Add some orange zest and a leaf or two of fresh mint to decorate.
