300ml double cream
200g plain chocolate
1 bowl fruit eg peach, strawberry, grapes, banana
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, or in the microwave (put it in for 30 second blasts, stirring in between, until you reach the required consistency).
- Stir in the double cream as required.
- Provide diners with forks, plates of pieces of fruit, and invite them to dip their fruit into the chocolate sauce.
A great way to get kids to try different types of fruit - but make sure they don't just lick the sauce off and stick the fruit back in!
