Christmas stuffing balls

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 450g sausage meat

  • 80g cranberries

  • 170g sachet of fajita seasoning

  • 1 apples chopped


  1. Sauté the chopped onion until softened. Add chopped apple and cook for a further minute.
  2. Add everything to the sausage meat and mix well.
  3. Form into small balls, place on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes in hot oven at 190C until cooked and crispy on top.

Handy Hint

You can add chopped apricots instead of cranberries if you prefer.
