  • 150g garlic and herb cream cheese like Boursin

  • 250g mushrooms sliced

  • 200g watercress or rocket


  1. Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes in butter.
  2. Once cooked, stir in a whole pack of garlic Boursin or other cheese.
  3. Serve on a bed of watercress or rocket. Or serve up on toast with a layer of watercress/rocket topped with the mushrooms in the garlic cheese sauce.

Handy Hint

It's quick, easy and tastes great. Also looks fab for a dinner party.

    Fab recipe for a starter or just a quick meal, also great served as a sauce with meat.
