1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 small onion
- Whizz onion in food processor.
- Fry in oil until brown. Add croutons and cover with just enough water to cover all the croutons.
- Mix and boil until all water is absorbed.
Dice onion for older/less picky eaters or omit onion and just boil up croutons with water to make them soggy. Serve next to protein for supper/dinner. Especially good with warm salmon.
