By going



  • 200g frozen pea

  • 1 clove garlic peeled

  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche


  1. Boil the peas and the garlic for 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain reserving a little of the cooking water.
  3. Put peas, garlic and a bit of the water into a blender (or use a stick blender) and blend until smooth.
