  • 1/2 red pepper cut into long slices

  • 1 green chilli chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic roughly chopped

  • 400g king prawns shelled and cooked

  • 1 red chilli chopped

  • 8 large buttons mushrooms sliced


  1. Heat a wok with a little olive oil or fry light until it's smoking.
  2. Fry the ingredients above until almost cooked.
  3. Put the prawns in with the rest of the ingredients and fry for a further 2 minutes stirring constantly until cooked through. Serve with warm crusty bread
