Frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce

  • 600ml double cream

  • 600g best quality white chocolate

  • 1kg mixed frozen berries


  1. Break chocolate into pieces. Try not to eat any.
  2. Put in a glass basin over a pan of barely simmering water and melt very slowly with cream for 10-15 minutes. It will melt, then thicken.
  3. Put the berries on a large serving plate 5 minutes before you serve.
  4. Pour over hot chocolate sauce and take straight to the table.

Handy Hint

Go to PYO in the summer and freeze berries or buy mixed bags from supermarket in freezer section.
