Bacon and marmalade upside-down sandwich

  • Some butter

  • Some bread

  • Some bacon

  • Some marmalade

  • Some lard


  1. Fry the bacon in the lard. It has to be lard - it doesn't taste anything like right with olive oil.
  2. Butter the bread
  3. Spread marmalade on one side.
  4. Put the fried bacon on the marmalade and put the other slice on top.
  5. Turn over, slice and serve.

Handy Hint

Easier to eat if you chop the bacon up first.
