Quick and cheesy pita pizza

  • 4 tbsp tomato puree

  • 8 mini pitta bread

  • 4 tomatoes thinly sliced

  • 1 handful pepperoni or any other extra toppings

  • 100g mild cheddar cheese grated


  1. Warm the pitta bread on both sides under hot grill for a couple of minutes.
  2. Spread evenly with tomato purée/ketchup.
  3. Top with slices of tomato.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
  5. Add any optional extras.
  6. Grill until cheese has melted.
