  • 1 cooking apple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 pizza base

  • 3 tbsp icing sugar


  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees F
  2. Peel, core and cut apples into slices.
  3. Cook apples in microwave until soft
  4. Roll out pizza dough
  5. Cover dough with stewed apples
  6. Slice bananas and place on top of apples
  7. Sprinkle with quite a lot of icing sugar
  8. Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes, or until bananas go soft.

Handy Hint

If I've made pizza one day, I use up any left over dough with this recipe the next day.
