  • 570ml milk

  • 4 banana ripe

  • 1 handful white chocolate chips to decorate

  • 120g butterscotch angel delight

  • 200g amaretto biscuits crushed


  1. Roughly crush the Amaretti biscuits and place in bottom of trifle bowl.
  2. Slice the bananas and place on top of biscuits.
  3. Make up the Angel Delight according to packet instructions then pour on top of bananas immediately.
  4. Place in fridge for five minutes to set.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate drops on top once the Angel Delight is set. Serve to appreciative guests!

Handy Hint

Leave chocolate drops until the Angel Delight is set otherwise they sink!
For a more adult dessert try drizzling Amaretto liquer or Baileys over the crushed amaretti biscuits.
