  • 1 salmon fillet (skin on)

  • 30g sesame seeds


  1. Dip the salmon in sesame seeds on the non skin side.
  2. Place the salmon skin side down in a dry frying pan, non stick is better. If not non stick put a little oil on salmon skin.
  3. Dry fry for about 5 minutes or as you like it, then flip over for 1 minute to lightly brown the seeds.
  4. Gently remove the hard skin before serving.
