  • 4oz butter

  • 2 tbsp golden syrup

  • 8oz dark cooking chocolate

  • 8oz digestive biscuits

  • 8oz Maltesers

  • 3 big bars of white chocolate


  1. Melt butter, cooking chocolate and syrup in a bowl over hot water.
  2. Crush biscuits. Stir into mixture with whole maltesers. Mix well and put in tin.
  3. Melt white chocolate in separate bowl over hot water.
  4. Cover mixture in tin with melted white chocolate and leave to set in the fridge.
  5. When set, cut into small squares.

Handy Hint

Use a disposable tin tray if you can!
