  • 1 splash milk

  • 2 eggs


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with a splash of milk and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put a knob of butter into a sauce pan on a very low heat, and stir gently, taking care not to let large lumps form until cooked. Serve with toast.
